The business development team ensures that different areas of our business continue to develop. A particular focus is currently on the fashion segment, our fastest growing category. The team analyses the current market data and determines potential growth areas. Subsequently, the appropriate concepts are developed in close cooperation with the other teams and the implementation of these is supported.

We work with OKRs throughout the company. Based on the company's goals, together we look for possible paths and decide collectively with the teams involved which projects will be prioritised next and to what extent. This procedure requires mutual trust and open and positive communication. In our daily work, we also use various project management tools such as Trello and Confluence as well as Looker, MySQL and R Studio to analyse data.
