This is what a day as a logistics employee in the fashion sector at our Szczecin locations looks like:
Every logistics employee's day begins on the team leader island, which reveals the exact area for which you have been assigned in the work shift. This keeps the work varied and helps assign workers where they are actually needed.

Goods receiving
Incoming parcels are opened carefully, unnecessary packaging material is removed and the attached delivery note is scanned. So every customer can electronically track when their sent items have arrived.

Quality control
Every article is carefully checked to ensure the quality by our trained employees and saved in the system. The quality of each article is assessed and classified using a corresponding scale so that customers can see the condition of the article upon resale.

Brand check
Here, the individual pieces are checked for brand authenticity so that no counterfeits are offered for sale.

Rejection of items
If the items sent in do not meet our quality standards or do not pass the brand check, they are returned to the customer or we will dispose of them at the customer's request.

Categorisation
After the successful quality control checks, the items of clothing, shoes and accessories are categorised in the system according to colour, size and gender.

Pictures
This is where pictures of the quality-checked clothing, shoes and accessories are taken for momox fashion, our online shop for second-hand fashion. Before the pictures are taken, the articles are sorted by category and size and displayed accordingly on mannequins, clothes hangers or on specially designed tables.

Packaging
After the photos have been taken, the items are packaged and sent to our logistics centre for second-hand fashion in Leipzig, where they are stored before they go to their new owners.

Returns
In the case of returns, the items are subjected to extensive quality control measures and offered for sale again.
