Selling no longer needed items and buying second-hand products contributes significantly towards protecting the environment. Manufacutring new products requires growing quantities of precious resources. It takes 11,000 litres of water to produce a single pair of jeans for example! The production of paper requires high quantities of raw materials, puts pressure on the environment, and consumes lots of energy! Is this really necessary? Selling no longer used items doesn’t just save space in your home but generates money. By giving those items a second home precious resources will be saved. Help saving our envireonment by shopping second-hand!
